All prices include final clean-up, electricity, water and heating.
Equipment of the flats
Color-TV (satellite), radio, sink, microwave, coffee maker, tableware, bedclothes and towels and depending of the flat kitchenette with two stove tops or kitchen with oven and four stove tops.
Business conditions
Please book the flat by the corresponding form or by phone. The booking is deemed to be approved when you receive a written confirmation from us.
Conditions of payment
After the reception of our confirmation a deposit of 50,00 € will be due. The rest of the payment has to be done one week before approach. If you have to cancel your trip the cancellation payment will be 50% of the rental fee four weeks before approach, after that the cancellation payment fill be 80%. In case of an ulterior rental of the flat, the cancellation payment but the initial deposit will be dropped.
